Office Management Assistant
You enjoy working cooperatively and as part of a team, you are a good communicator, and you are really great at organization?
If you want to find out how to handle administrative tasks and manage office processes, you should consider training to become an Office Management Assistant.
You will become familiar with a range of booking systems, coordinate schedules and prepare for meetings. You will have a wide range of tasks including processing internal and external correspondence and developing presentations. You will research information and present it appropriately. As well as working at a computer, you will work a great deal with other people – within your own team or with customers.
Two optional qualifications are on offer as part of the training (in accordance with the new training regulations), offering you the opportunity to specialize further.
