The success of a company is increasingly being influenced by its sustainability strategy. Escalating sustainability requirements on the part of customers, politicians and financial markets are reflected in ESG ratings and rankings. In these, sustainability performance in the areas of environment, social and governance (ESG) is measured by means of corresponding key figures. As a result, the measurability of sustainability on the basis of scientifically recognized methods is becoming a decisive success factor. After all:

“Only that which can be measured can also be managed”.  

In collaboration with our clients, we determine sustainability strategies for the entire company or its subdivisions and define quantifiable goals as well as the measures and technologies required in order to achieve them. We thereby develop customized methods and tools with which sustainability performance can be quantified along the entire value chain. We advise companies with regard to the successful implementation and strategic management of sustainability in the company and develop customized training modules in order to anchor sustainability in the workforce in a comprehensible and specific form and to establish Life Cycle Assessments and related methods within the company.
