Thin-film sensor technology opens up new possibilities for the precise measurement of physical and chemical parameters directly on the surface of components and in demanding process environments. Our expertise spans both tribosensor technology for in-situ measurement of process parameters such as pressure, temperature, or wear in high-stress zones, and gas sensor technology for the selective and stable detection of gases under varying environmental conditions. The targeted design of functional layers enables significant improvements in sensitivity, selectivity, and stability, allowing sensor systems to be used reliably even under harsh conditions.
