Plasma Process Simulation Tools for Industrial Coating and Etching Systems - Latest Developments and Future Trends
On 28th and 29th January, the Fraunhofer IST, boltzplatz and PlasmaSolve are jointly organizing an industry workshop on the topic of “Plasma Process Simulation Tools for Industrial Coating and Etching Systems - Latest Developments and Future Trends”. The inaugural session of the workshop will include a series of lectures, followed by product shows. On the second day, participants will have the opportunity to engage with the subject matter through live demonstration of the different simulation software. Over the course of these two days, the event also provides a platform for dialogue and networking.
Dr. Dennis Barton from the Fraunhofer IST will be contributing a lectures to the workshop program.
