The REWIMET-Symposium Ressourcenmanagement 2025 (engl. REWIMET Symposium Resource Management) will take place on August 13–14, 2025, and will offer valuable insights into the latest research findings on climate-friendly resource management. Given the financial, technical, and ecological limits associated with the use of natural resources, a transformation of the economy from linear to circular value creation is essential.

The symposium invites participants to discuss solutions and challenges in sustainable resource management with experts. In addition to the technical presentations, the program will be complemented by networking opportunities and an evening event.

Our deputy institute director, Prof. Dr.-Ing Sabrina Zellmer, is an expert in process and manufacturing technology for sustainable energy storage. She will give a presentation on energy self-sufficiency in manufacturing companies as part of the symposium.
