Trade fairs and exhibitions

This year, the bonding company contact fair will open its doors in Braunschweig – for the 35th time! From June 17 to 19, 2025, students and graduates will meet numerous companies and institutions from a wide range of industries, particularly engineering, economics, and natural sciences, on the campus of the TU Braunschweig. Around 100 exhibitors will provide insights into everyday working life, highlight career prospects, and exchange ideas with potential young talents. The trade show offers students an excellent platform to make personal contacts, ask specific questions about career opportunities, and actively prepare for their entry into professional life.

In addition to company presentations, the trade show offers an extensive supporting program for participants, such as free application photos, feedback on application documents from experts, a job wall with current job vacancies and direct application opportunities, lectures, career counseling, and a student café offering snacks and further information about the projects of the bonding Studieninitiative e.V. The Fraunhofer IST will be there again this year and looks forward to talking directly with anyone who is interested.

The institute will be there on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at booth F6.

At Fraunhofer IST, we are looking for committed and curious students who want to work with us on sustainable solutions for surfaces and coatings for future-proof products and production systems. In addition to various student projects and theses, we also offer the opportunity to gain experience as a student assistant or to work at the institute as a graduate or young professional in science, administrative staff, or IT.
