Transparent Conductive Oxides - TCO2026
TCO2026 is an international conference on transparent conductive oxides and other innovative oxide materials. The conference focuses on new developments for applications in electronics, quantum and power electronics, and neuromorphic computing. The conference provides a platform for the exchange of current research findings and technological innovations. It is aimed at researchers from academia, research institutions, and industry in the field of functional materials and electronic materials.
Fraunhofer IST will be represented by a presentation from Dr. Volker Sittinger, an expert in diamond-based systems. In his talk, he will discuss the fabrication of scalable amorphous indium-zinc oxide front contacts for perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells using reactive sputtering.
