20th International Conference on Plasma Surface Engineering

PSE 2026 is one of the leading international conferences for plasma, vacuum, and surface technologies. It brings together experts from science and industry to discuss current research results, new processes, and industrial applications in the field of surface and coating technology. The conference is accompanied by a large trade exhibition, which serves as a central meeting place for exchange, networking, and cooperation.

The IST will be exhibiting at PSE 2026 at the INPLAS joint booth. It will be showcasing current research and development topics in the fields of tribology, corrosion and sensor technology, optical and electronic systems, and circular products and processes.

In addition, Fraunhofer IST will contribute to the scientific program of PSE 2026 with several presentations, posters, and tutorials.
