36th Meeting of the INPLAS Working Group on "Novel Plasma Sources and Processes"
On June 17, 2026, the 36th meeting of the INPLAS Working Group "Novel Plasma Sources and Processes" will take place at Fraunhofer IST in Braunschweig. The INPLAS Competence Network brings together stakeholders from industry and research in the field of industrial plasma surface technology. The goal is to promote professional exchange, highlight new technological developments, and initiate collaborations along the value chain.
The program includes technical presentations on current developments in plasma and coating technology, including RF generators, plasma cleaning, magnetron sputtering, and optical multilayer systems. The event is complemented by discussion sessions on collaborations and projects, as well as a guided tour of selected facilities and laboratories at Fraunhofer IST.
